Into the Wild is a groundbreaking platform bringing together world-class chefs and bartenders from across Asia Pacific to Bali for a creative basecamp event.

For the first time ever in 2026, we are launching Into the Wild: Liquid Basecamp – a sister event to the annual Culinary Basecamp.

Comprising unique dinners, mixology workshops, pop-up activities, challenges, symposiums and podcasts, Into the Wild is a gathering where community leaders share ideas on sustainable and creative culinary and mixology craft.

It is an innovative, high-impact platform built for collaboration and engagement.

Locavore NXT

Locavore NXT is the founder and organiser of Into the Wild.

The brainchild of Ray Adriansyah and Eelke Plasmeijer, Locavore NXT is a hyper-local restaurant hub inspired by nature. From the ‘Rooftop Food Forest’ and beekeeping to the ‘Mushroom Chamber’ farm in the basement, Fermentation Kitchen, R&D lab and spectacular dining rooms, Locavore NXT is ‘More Than A Restaurant’, it’s a culinary movement.
